We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Host/Cashier. As a Host/Cashier, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
```Responsibilities```
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome
- Seat guests and provide them with menus
- Take reservations and manage the waitlist
- Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries
- Provide accurate wait times and monitor table turnover
- Assist servers with food delivery and beverage refills
- Process guest payments using our POS system
- Maintain cleanliness of the host stand area
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in a hospitality or food service role is preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with guests in a professional manner
- Knowledge of POS systems are a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle inquiries effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
