Duties
- Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals and market opportunities
- Lead requirements gathering sessions, translating stakeholder needs into clear specifications and detailed user stories
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop scalable solutions using Agile software development practices, including SAFe frameworks and Scrum methodologies
- Manage the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features through tools like Jira, TFS (Team Foundation Server), VersionOne, and Azure DevOps
- Oversee system development projects involving APIs, databases, HTML interfaces, and mobile applications to ensure seamless integration and performance
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), develop test cases, analyze data analytics with tools like Looker and SQL to inform product decisions
- Facilitate stakeholder coordination across technical teams, executive leadership, and clients to ensure alignment on project scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Lead wireframing and prototyping efforts using Balsamiq or UML diagrams to visualize user flows and system architecture before development begins
- Drive continuous improvement through Agile planning sessions, retrospectives, and feedback loops while maintaining compliance with IT governance standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience in product management or related roles within SaaS or IoT environments with a strong understanding of IT infrastructure and software development processes
- Extensive knowledge of Agile methodologies such as SAFe and Scrum; familiar with Waterfall project management approaches for hybrid workflows
- Hands-on experience with project management tools including Jira, TFS, VersionOne, Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel), and project management software for planning and tracking progress
- Technical proficiency in APIs, SQL databases, HTML coding, UML modeling, Git version control systems, and mobile application development frameworks such as Java
- Strong analysis skills for requirements design, data analytics interpretation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and test case creation
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly across cross-functional teams
- Leadership qualities with experience managing technical product teams; capable of strategic management while fostering collaboration among diverse stakeholders
- Familiarity with IT governance standards ensuring compliance across all phases of product development

Pay: $116,033.99 - $139,739.86 per year
