Ricki’s Cookie Corner is looking for a friendly, dependable, and hardworking person to join our team!
This position is a mix of customer service, order taking, packaging, and shipping. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, stays organized, and is comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced bakery environment.
Hours
10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Take customer orders in person and over the phone
- Help package and prepare orders for shipping
- Assist with organizing and fulfilling customer orders
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Provide excellent customer service
- Help the team wherever needed during busy periods

Ricki’s Cookie Corner is a family-owned Memphis bakery that has been serving customers since 1980. Our business includes our local bakery as well as a rapidly growing nationwide shipping operation.
