As an HVAC Apprentice, you will embark on a journey to learn the ins and outs of the Heating Air Conditioning industry. Key Responsibilities:
- Learn and Assist: Work alongside experienced technicians to install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential settings.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a courteous and professional manner, actively listening to their needs and offering appropriate solutions.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for additional services or products that can benefit customers.
- Problem Solving: Apply creative thinking to troubleshoot and resolve HVAC-related issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and your team.
Qualifications:
- Mechanical Inclination: Strong interest and aptitude in mechanical systems and a willingness to learn about HVAC technology.

- Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required for this role and all drivers must be 21 or over.
