Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide assessments, diagnostics, and evidence-based speech and language therapy services to students district-wide
- Design individualized intervention plans tailored to each student’s unique needs
- Collaborate with teachers, school psychologists, and administrators on multidisciplinary teams
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, contribute to progress reports, and support documentation requirements
- Deliver a continuum of services including direct therapy, classroom-based support, and consultation with staff and families
- Adapt intervention strategies to align with student goals and cultural backgrounds
