The Exercise Coach is expanding! Paramus will be our 3rd location, joining our thriving studios in Midland Park and Hillsdale — and our current Studio Managers have hit their top sales goal 4 months running. Now we're looking for a leader to bring that same energy and success to Paramus.
We're looking for someone who's held a leadership role before — studio manager, assistant manager, shift lead, team lead, or similar. A track record as a top-performing salesperson is essential. A fitness background is ideal, but any boutique background (salon, spa, yoga, wellness, etc.) is welcome. Above all, you have a burning desire to help people and a genuine love for seeing them succeed. You'll know how to build a team, grow membership, and hit sales goals. This is a chance to run your own show, backed by a proven business model.
What You'll Bring:
- Experience leading a team in a small studio, gym, or boutique business (management title not required)
- Genuine passion for helping people
- Ability to hire, train, and motivate others
- Comfort owning studio KPIs: sales, retention, staffing, scheduling
What You'll Do:
- Hire, train, and lead a team of personal trainers and flexologists (small team)
- Run consultations and close new membership sales
- Set and track goals for staff performance and studio revenue
- Build a positive, client-focused studio culture
- Manage day-to-day operations and represent the brand locally
Compensation & Benefits:
- $55,000 base salary plus a very aggressive bonus schedule (current locations are hitting their top tier goals almost every month)

Day in the Life of a Certified Exercise Coach:
- Welcome new clients and conduct initial consultation sessions to assess goals and fitness levels.
- Lead one-on-one and small-group exercise sessions using our technology-driven exerbotics equipment.
- Coach clients through personalized workouts focusing on proper form, motivation, and safety.
- Deliver assisted stretching sessions throughout the day, mixed with personal training.
- Track and record client fitness progress using data-driven tools.
- Provide education and guidance on exercise science, recovery, and healthy habits.
- Recommend and sell monthly memberships and package sessions to support clients goals.
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage retention and referrals.

This franchise is independently owned and operated. Applications go directly to the franchisee.
