Requirements
- Expert-level, hands-on experience with modified bitumen and single-ply roofing systems (TPO, PVC) required.
- Strong diagnostic skills you can identify the root cause of a leak or system failure, not just the symptom.
- Reliability and consistency a strong attendance record and the discipline to show up ready to work every day.
- Committed to maintaining a clean, safe work environment full OSHA compliance expected on every job site.
- Comfortable working on commercial roofs in South Florida heat and weather conditions.
- Proficient with technology able to use mobile apps for reporting, logging, and communication.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple service calls and project needs.
- Team player who can also work independently when needed.
- Clean background and able to pass pre-employment screening.
- Bilingual English/Spanish a strong plus.
Duties
- Perform expert-level repairs on TPO, PVC, and modified bitumen (torch) commercial roofing systems.
- Respond to service calls professionally and promptly — leak diagnosis, warranty work, and preventative maintenance.
- Walk roofs, assess conditions, document findings with photos, and report accurately to the project team.
- Use technology to provide daily logs to clients and maintain accurate records of all service activity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment on every job site — OSHA compliance is expected at all times.
- Review job tracking regularly and flag any deficiencies or material needs proactively.
- Create materials lists and coordinate supply needs with the project team.
- Schedule and support inspections as required by project scope.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction and support repeat business.
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
