Overview
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaners to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in commercial and vacation rental spaces In the evening and on weekends. Your attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent customer service will ensure that our clients receive the highest quality of cleaning services.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize various areas, including kitchens, bathrooms, offices and workspaces.
- Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are fresh and clean for clients.
- Perform custodial duties such as dusting, vacuuming, and mopping to maintain a tidy environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each cleaning session.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized for efficient workflow.
- Follow safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure a safe working environment.
Skills
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean thoroughly in a quick and efficient manner.
- Excellent customer service skills to foster positive relationships with clients.
- Familiarity with custodial practices and techniques for effective cleaning.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team when necessary.
- Reliable transportation may be required for travel between job sites.
