We are a School Picture Company servicing grades K-12 throughout Orange County, with our studio locations specializing in high school senior portraits. Our team is dedicated to providing a fun, professional, and memorable experience for every student who walks through our doors.
Position Overview:
We’re looking for a friendly, organized receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet students and families with a warm, professional attitude
- Answer phone calls, general questions, and assist with appointment scheduling
- Check clients in and out for their portrait sessions
- Handle basic administrative tasks (data entry, filing, order processing)
- Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk and lobby area
- Assist photographers and staff with day-to-day studio operations
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable using computers and scheduling systems
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred (but not required)
Bonus Skills (Not Required):
- Interest in photography or creative environments
- Experience working with families or a school-related setting
Schedule:
- Shifts range Mondays-Saturdays
- Looking for candidates with flexible availability during peak senior portrait season
- Need to have Saturday availability
