"Tipped Position"
This is a very important and vital position for the success of Pints & Paddle
Responsibilities
- This person must be very friendly and patient with guests.
- Ready to answer questions.
- Engage guests while seated.
- Knowledge of Toast or other POS
- Removing empty glasses from tables.
- Monitoring alcohol consumption of guests.
- Work with Beer representatives doing tastings to help promote specific products
- Knowledge of what is being served on tap wall
- Restocking glassware
- Keeping counters and the floor free of spills.
- Ensure restrooms are clean, dry and stocked.
- Assist guests with point of sale system
- Change out kegs
- Be knowledgeable of all menu items
- Previous experience at a high volume restaurant
