Wallace Logistics Services, LLC is hiring experienced Class A CDL Drivers for our growing W-2 fleet! We specialize in premium temperature-controlled freight and intermodal container operations. - 6 Days Out = 1 Full Day Off (24 hrs)
- 12 Days Out = 2 Full Days Off (48 hrs)
- 15 Days Out = 3 Full Days Off (72 hrs)

Driver Qualifications & Requirements
- CDL Class: Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A).
- TWIC Credential: Active, unexpired Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC card) required (or immediate eligibility to obtain) for port and rail access.
- Medical: Valid DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate.
- Safety Record: Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with no recent serious moving violations or at-fault accidents.
- Substance Screening: Must clear a mandatory pre-employment DOT drug screen and FMCSA Clearinghouse query.
- Experience: Prior experience with temperature-controlled (Reefer) trailers and/or Intermodal port containers is highly preferred.
Primary Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial motor vehicles in full compliance with federal FMCSA/DOT regulations.
- Perform thorough daily Pre-Trip and Post-Trip vehicle inspections electronically via DVIR.
- Manage temperature settings according to physical paper Bills of Lading (BOLs), maintain proper reefer pre-cooling, and enforce the 3/4 reefer/genset fuel rule.
- Ensure proper cargo securement using a minimum of two (2) load locks and high-security trailer seals on all loads.
- Maintain active communication with dispatch using the ISAAC tablet.
