Duties
- Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting.

- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Process phone calls with professionalism, ensuring excellent phone etiquette.

- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
