Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location: Franklin, NH 03235
Duration: 9 Weeks (with possibility of extension)
Shift: 6:45 PM– 7:15 AM
Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week
Overtime: Starts after 40 hours
Local candidates are not accepted if their permanent address is within 50 miles of the facility.
Pay Details:
For Travelers/Stipend Candidates – W2:
- Blended Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $50.00/hr
- Weekly Pay Rate (W2): $1,800.00/week
- Minimum Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $22.00/hr
- Minimum W2 Weekly Gross (Taxable): $792.00
- Weekly Stipend (Non-Taxable): $1,008.00
OR
For Traveler 1099 Candidates:
- Pay Rate: $52.00/hr
- Weekly 1099 Pay Rate: $1,872.00/week
Completion Bonus:
- $1,000 completion bonus for an 8-week contract.
- No more than 2 call-outs allowed.
- No NCNS (No Call/No Show).
- Bonus will be voided if these requirements are not met.
Job Description:
Our client is seeking an experienced and dependable LPN to provide quality patient care in a clinical setting. The LPN will be responsible for delivering safe nursing care, administering medications, monitoring patients, and collaborating with the healthcare team to support positive patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to patients.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.
- Assist with patient assessments and care planning.
- Maintain accurate patient documentation.
- Follow infection-control and safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff.
- Maintain a safe, supportive, and professional patient-care environment.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of LPN experience required.
- BLS certification required.
- COVID vaccination card required.
- NH or Compact State LPN License required.
- Reliable attendance and ability to work the scheduled shift.
