We’re growing—and looking for a Client Manager who can help us strengthen client relationships, drive operations, and support our expansion in Lake County and surrounding areas.
As a Client Manager, you’ll be the key connection between our clients, field teams, and internal operations. You’ll ensure contracts are fulfilled, services are delivered on time and within budget, and clients receive exceptional service.
This role combines client relationship management, operations coordination, and business development—making it ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and people-focused.
Client managers are typically responsible for maintaining strong client relationships while coordinating across teams to ensure satisfaction and retention.
What You’ll Do
Client & Business Development
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients
- Schedule and lead meetings with prospective clients
- Promote services aligned with client needs and goals
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and renewal agreements
Operations & Project Management
- Coordinate between clients, field teams (cleaning/landscaping), and back office
- Ensure all contracts are fulfilled accurately and on time
- Track project progress (including documentation/photos)
- Manage project budgets and ensure cost efficiency
Vendor & Administrative Oversight
- Manage vendor relationships and evaluate pricing and performance
- Identify cost savings and operational improvements
- Maintain accurate records of sales, invoices, and revenue
Team Support
- Assist with recruiting and managing front-line staff
- Help ensure teams are set up for success in the field
Customer Experience
- Provide responsive, high-quality client support
- Resolve issues quickly and professionally
- Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients and internal teams

- Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines
- Professional, reliable, and able to work independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Work Requirements
- Ability to travel locally within Chicago and surrounding suburbs
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Ability to perform physical tasks (lifting, bending, climbing stairs) as needed

Pay: $51,486.65 - $62,005.43 per year
