Hours: 5 days a week 9:00-5:00, 2 days off
Location: Lakeland & Orlando
Duties / Responsibilities:

Help answer phones and questions

Meet with homeowners to complete design appointment

Help with models or put together furniture coming in

Administrative tasks- sending go reminder to their appointment, confirm date in computer, and put names on welcome screen, send thank you cards, after appointment paperwork

Change Orders for discontinued or back ordered products

Design spec homes
-
Design Pinterest boards for digital staging

Audit final paperwork for each other

Help input for PS client pricing, toggling, and options of new plans and communities

Get with vendors on samples needed

Turn cancelled homes into specs by reviewing all options, taking a new picture of options, and doing the paperwork

Attend product trainings/ studio trainings

Help plan events held at studio/sales banquet or other functions
