4-day work week (3-day weekends!)
Wicked Joe Organic Coffees is growing, and we’re looking for a reliable team member to join us. We’re a small, supportive crew focused on doing good work and treating people well. If you’re dependable, willing to learn, and like staying active, this could be a great fit—no need for a perfect resume.
What you’ll do
- Pick and pack coffee orders for shipment
- Help track and organize inventory
- Jump in on other production tasks when needed
This is a hands-on, physical job. You’ll be on your feet most of the day, lifting, moving, and staying active. Some tasks can be repetitive, but they’re important to keep everything running smoothly.
Schedule
- Full-time: Monday–Thursday
- 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Three-day weekends every week

- Reliable and shows up on time
- Pays attention to detail and follows processes
- Comfortable working independently and with a team
- Basic computer skills
- Able to:
- Stand and walk for long periods
- Lift 50+ lbs
- Bend, twist, and stay active throughout the day
