Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and screen phone calls
- Check-out and Check-in Guests
- Maintaining office cleanliness and organization of resources
- Cleaning Checklist
- Folding towels, blankets etc. (evening shift, night audit)
Qualifications

Proven experience working as a front desk agent or similar position
- Knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing documents
- Excellent customer service skills and courteous phone manner
- Time-management and organizational skills
