Responsibilities
- Operate screen printing and embroidery machines efficiently to produce custom apparel according to design specifications.
- Prepare garments by organizing and loading them onto printing or embroidery equipment with care and accuracy.
- Monitor machine performance throughout production runs, making adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards.
- Inspect finished products for defects, ensuring color accuracy, stitching quality, and overall presentation meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper handling of inks, threads, and other materials used in the process.
- Troubleshoot common machine issues promptly to minimize downtime and keep production on schedule.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals while adhering to safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Prior experience with garment construction or manufacturing processes is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Familiarity with sewing machines and sewing techniques is a plus, demonstrating an understanding of fabric handling and stitching quality.
- Knowledge of screen printing or embroidery equipment is advantageous but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
- Warehouse experience or familiarity with inventory management can help ensure smooth material flow and organization.
- Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and a proactive attitude are key to success in this role.
