**Full-Time | $90,000–$110,000 + Performance Bonus**
Ravenhill Trucking is seeking an experienced **FedEx Linehaul Business Contact (BC) / Operations Manager** to oversee day-to-day operations across our growing Northeast network.
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driver performance, FedEx station relationships, service execution, fleet readiness, safety, and operational problem-solving across multiple hubs.
## Key Responsibilities
* Serve as Ravenhill’s primary operational contact with FedEx Linehaul management.
* Manage drivers, schedules, coverage, attendance, and performance.
* Ensure scheduled runs are fully staffed and dispatched on time.
* Respond to breakdowns, call-outs, service issues, and other operational disruptions.
* Coordinate tractor maintenance, inspections, repairs, and spare equipment.
* Maintain strong working relationships with FedEx station personnel.
* Monitor safety, DOT/FMCSA compliance, and driver performance.
* Support recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and retention of CDL-A drivers.
* Provide regular operational updates to company leadership.
* Support new route and terminal launches as Ravenhill expands.
## Qualifications
* 5+ years of trucking, linehaul, fleet, dispatch, or transportation operations experience.
* Proven experience managing CDL-A drivers.
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Working knowledge of DOT/FMCSA and Hours-of-Service requirements.
* Ability to manage urgent operational issues independently.
* Willingness to travel between Ravenhill operating locations in the Northeast.
* Flexible availability for occasional nights, weekends, and emergency escalations.
## Strongly Preferred
* **Direct FedEx Ground/FedEx Linehaul Business Contact (BC) experience.**
* Previous management experience with a FedEx Linehaul TSP.
* Experience managing team-driver operations.
* Multi-terminal transportation management experience.
* CDL-A or prior commercial driving experience.
## Compensation
**Base salary: $90,000–$110,000**, based on experience.
Performance bonus available based on service, safety, staffing, driver retention, fleet availability, and overall operating results.
Target total cash compensation for a high-performing candidate is approximately **$100,000–$125,000 annually**.
