What You'll Do
- Speak with prospective clients by phone
- Learn each client's healthcare goals and coverage needs
- Educate clients on available health insurance plans
- Answer questions and explain plan benefits
- Guide clients through the enrollment process
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain relationships
- Deliver a professional and positive customer experience
