Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Insurance and Financial Services Representative to join our team. In this role, you will assist clients in understanding and selecting appropriate insurance products, including property casualty, life, and health insurance. Your primary focus will be on building strong customer relationships while providing expert guidance on various insurance solutions. Duties
- Assist clients with their property casualty insurance needs, explaining coverage options and helping them select suitable policies.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication, personalized service, and ongoing support.
- Provide information and guidance on life insurance products to help clients plan for their future financial security.
- Share knowledge about health insurance options, ensuring clients understand their coverage choices and benefits.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify clients’ insurance requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Process policy applications, updates, and claims efficiently while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Stay informed about current industry trends, product offerings, and regulatory changes to provide accurate advice.
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
