Our client, a leading engineering and industrial project organization, is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to join their team. As a Senior Construction Project Manager, you will be part of the Capital Projects team supporting large-scale construction, facility, and infrastructure initiatives across manufacturing, healthcare, life sciences, and industrial environments. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent stakeholder management abilities, and a collaborative approach to project execution.
Job Title: Senior Construction Project Manager
Location: Knoxville, TN
Pay Range: $62.70 - $68.78 per hour
Schedule: First Shift
Work Arrangement: In-Office with 35-50% National Travel
Duration: Contract Assignment
- Lead design and construction projects from planning through execution across multiple U.S. locations.
- Develop project estimates, budgets, schedules, and logic-based project plans.
- Coordinate project meetings, requirements gathering, and stakeholder communications.
- Partner with procurement teams to support bidding, vendor selection, and contract execution.
- Provide technical oversight for HVAC, boiler, and mechanical systems while ensuring project goals, schedules, and budgets are achieved.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of Construction Project Management experience managing capital projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, boiler, and mechanical building systems.
- Experience supporting projects within manufacturing, healthcare, life sciences, pharmaceutical, or industrial facilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office Suite, estimating, and project scheduling tools.
- Competitive hourly compensation up to $68.78/hour.
