Job Description: As a member of the Chop Shop LLC family we will be looking for motivated, intelligent, organized people; who have a passion for off-roading, and growing with the company.
You will be starting as an Installation Technician, with room to grow as a Master Tech and in to Management. You will be getting hands on training, development, and mentorship from our current Store Manager and Senior Technician!
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Install lift kits, wheels, tires and accessories
- Perform straight axle and IFS alignments
- Rotate and balance wheels and tires
- Perform all of the services The Chop Shop LLC offers
- Schedule customers for installation
- Maintain a clean shop
- Maintain a clean uniform
- Keep track of inventory
- Ensure shop is running efficiently and effectively
Minimum Requirements:
- Ownership of tools
- 2 Years work experience as technician
- Passion for off-road vehicles and knowledge of the industry
- The ability to mentor and develop employees
- Organized, Motivated, and Friendly
- Possess and exemplify The Chop Shop Values; Integrity, Honesty, Respect, Honor, and Selflessness
- A clean criminal record and drug screening
- A valid CA driver’s license with clean driving record, and ability to be added to our insurance
Preferred Qualifications:
- AA Degree
- Management experience
- Military service
- Off-Road vehicle experience
