*This is an on-site regional position based in Memphis, overseeing warehouse operations in New Jersey, Tennessee, Georgia, and California. Frequent travel is required.We are seeking a dynamic and strategic bilingual (English/Mandarin) Regional Warehouse Manager to lead our distribution operations across multiple locations. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations, performance, and strategy of multiple warehouse or distribution centers across a defined geographic region. This role ensures efficient, safe, and cost-effective storage, inventory management, and distribution of goods while leading site-level management teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage warehouse operations across multiple locations within the region
- Supervise and develop Warehouse Managers and site leadership teams
- Drive operational KPIs including productivity, accuracy, on-time shipping, and cost control
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Oversee inventory control, cycle counts, and loss prevention strategies
- Collaborate with transportation, procurement, and supply chain teams
- Manage regional budgets, labor planning, and resource allocation. Responsible for regional performance metrics and cost targets
- Analyze performance data and generate reports for senior leadership
- Support expansion, new site launches, or network optimization initiatives
- Perform other duties/tasks as assigned to ensure effective operation of the supply chain process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of warehouse or distribution operations experience
- 2+ years managing multiple sites or large-scale operations
- Bilingual (English/ Mandarin) is required to facilitate smooth communication with the team and clients.
- Strong leadership, team development and coaching skills
- Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), data analysis and KPI management
- Proven ability to manage budgets and improve operational performance
- Knowledge of safety regulations (e.g., OSHA), Inventory and logistics coordination
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to travel as needed for site visits
