A successful Human Resource Development (HRD) Instructor will teach job readiness skills, career assessment, employability, workforce exploration, and/or Working Smart “soft skills for workplace success” curriculum to job seekers. Instructors also enter student attendance into required databases, manage student assignments and records, monitor student attendance, and communicate student progress.
