Pay & Miles
Pay is based on verified driving experience, with competitive CPM rates that reward both experience and consistency.
- Drivers with 5+ years of experience earn $0.65 CPM
- Drivers with 1-4 years of experience start at $0.60 CPM
- After a successful 90-day review, pay increases to $0.62 CPM
- After a successful 6-month review, pay increases to $0.65 CPM
- Flat Rates paid on shorter runs
- Paid weekly - Every Wednesday (Sunday-Saturday pay period)
- Average take-home: $1,400-$1,800/week
- 2,500-2,800 miles/week average
- $80.00/day per diem
- One-day orientation - Paid $150 on first dispatch
