Hidden Glen is seeking a self-motivated Part-Time Dishwasher who brings a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and team-first mindset. The Opportunity
As a Dishwasher, you play an essential role in delivering a clean, organized kitchen that supports exceptional food and service. Your work behind the scenes directly impacts the member experience – ensuring the team has what they need to operate efficiently and deliver consistently high standards. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in doing things the right way, enjoys being part of a team, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
Live Our Values – All Hands In
- Jump in wherever needed to support the kitchen and team during service and events
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient dish area
- Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
- Assist with closing duties, including trash, recycling, and workstation cleanup
Support the Team – Members First
- Help ensure the kitchen is always ready to deliver an excellent member dining experience
- Keep dish and kitchen areas stocked, organized, and ready for service
- Support teammates during busy shifts, banquets, and golf outings
Stay Connected – Reach Out and Connect
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to keep operations running smoothly
- Communicate clearly and proactively during busy service periods
- Be reliable, engaged, and ready to contribute each shift
Take Pride in the Details – Find Fun
- Maintain sanitation and food safety standards at all times
- Organize and properly store cleaned dishes and equipment
- Help keep workstations clean, safe, and efficient
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment
What You Bring
- Previous kitchen, dishwashing, and/or food service experience preferred (but not required)
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Work Environment
- Fast-paced kitchen and banquet environment
- Exposure to hot surfaces, kitchen equipment, and cleaning chemicals
- Indoor kitchen work with occasional outdoor event support
Schedule
- Part-time opportunity
- Evening, weekend, and holiday availability required during the golf season
- Seasonal role
