We are seeking a passionate and skilled Sushi Chef
Duties
- Prepare a variety of sushi, sashimi.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene in all work areas
- Select fresh ingredients, including fish, vegetables, and rice, ensuring quality and freshness at all times
- Demonstrate expert knife skills to create consistent cuts.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service
- Follow all health regulations and safety procedures diligently to ensure a safe working environment
Qualifications
- Sushi Chef or similar role experience preferred
- Excellent knife skills with attention to detail in presentation
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional teamwork skills with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and food quality
