Wells Family Dental Group is looking for a SUPERSTAR Treatment Coordinator to join our dental dream team!

As a Treatment Coordinator, you’ll play an important role in creating an exceptional patient experience—from helping patients understand their treatment options to making sure they feel comfortable moving forward with their care.
Our Ideal Candidate Will:
- Be organized, detail-oriented, and system-oriented
- Have a forward-thinking and problem-solving mindset
- Have outstanding customer service skills, both in person and over the phone
- Have 2+ years of dental front desk experience
- Be confident discussing treatment and helping patients navigate their dental care
- Be a positive, team-oriented person who enjoys working in a busy practice
- Have Open Dental experience (preferred, but not required)
