We are a professionally managed company contracted with FedEx Corp to deliver and pick up packages out of the Tampa, FL FedEx Ground Terminal, & we're looking for qualified Full Time package delivery drivers to deliver & pick up packages from local businesses & residences.
No delivery driving experience necessary (Commercial Driving experience a plus)
- This company operates 7 days a week (5 day flexible schedule)
Delivery Driver Pay:
- $15 per hour training pay (1-2 Weeks)
- $180 per day plus Bonus after training period

Requirements - Delivery Drivers must:
- be at least 21 years of age
- have a valid driver’s license, (MVR will be checked)
- be able to read, speak and write English
- immediately pass a drug test and DOT physical (no cost to you) - safety sensitive position
- be of legal status to work in the USA, we E-Verify
- be able to safely lift/move up to 150 lbs with a hand truck
- be able to climb stairs
- be able to work in all types of weather
- be able to do a lot of walking at a steady pace
Daily Delivery Driver Duties include but not limited to:
- Daily routes vary in number of pick-ups and deliveries, but expectations are drivers will routinely carry over 100 stops a day depending on area.
- Perform daily Pre & Post inspection on vehicle
- Efficiently help pack vehicle for deliveries as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain appropriate communication with operating officer
