Hours: Full-time, 37.5–40 hours/week

About the Role
ProCare Therapy is partnering with school districts in Baltimore to hire a School Speech-Language Pathologist for a travel assignment. This role supports a diverse K–12 student population and offers strong clinical impact in a high-demand school system.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services
- Conduct assessments and participate in IEP meetings
- Develop individualized treatment plans and goals
- Collaborate with special education teams and families
- Maintain compliance with state and district documentation standards
Caseload Details
- Setting: Elementary-focused with some middle school
- Caseload size: 40–55 students
- Focus areas: language development, fluency, articulation
- Number of schools: 1 school site
Qualifications
- Active Maryland SLP license (or eligibility)
- ASHA CCC-SLP preferred
- School-based experience strongly preferred
