Job Description
As a Sushi Chef, you’ll play an important role in preparing and plating high-quality dishes that deliver a memorable dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate has experience working in a professional kitchen, enjoys a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in consistency, precision, and presentation.

Qualifications
- Previous experience as a sushi chef required
- Ability to follow directions and work efficiently under pressure
- Previous experience with asian cooking methods preferred
- Strong knife skills and knowledge of basic cooking techniques
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
