AES a division of Lennox, was established in 1988 and is one of the largest manufacturers of roof curbs and drop box diffuser systems in the nation. We have recently expanded our capabilities as a single source supplier by adding a Mechanical Services Division as well as becoming a Misc. Steel manufacturer. These new services will reduce construction costs and eliminate coordination with multiple suppliers and subcontractors. Our focus will be to enhance the services provided to our General Contractor network nationwide. AES has 4 different fabrication facility locations nationwide to assist our customers and reduce their freight cost and shipment lead times.
The Production Supervisor is responsible for directing manufacturing operations within a shift or group of production lines, ensuring achievement of volume, quality, and cost targets. This role oversees daily operations, manages personnel actions, and ensures efficient use of resources to meet production goals.
Duties include, but are not limited to:

Direct and coordinate manufacturing operations for assigned shift or production lines.
- Ensure production targets for volume, quality, and cost are consistently met.
- Supervise and lead hourly employees, including personnel actions and daily direction.
- Maintain detailed logs of shift operations.
- Prepare daily timesheets, production summaries, overtime, and downtime reports.
- Inspect products to verify adherence to production specifications.
- Review production schedules and allocate material and manpower resources effectively.
- Assign employees to maximize efficiency and output while maintaining quality standards.
- Recommend and implement process improvements, including materials, equipment, and procedures.
- Maintain accurate reports, records, and documentation of production activities.
- Train new employees on operational procedures, safety standards, and company expectations.
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and experience considered.
- Minimum of 5 years of related manufacturing or production experience.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a production environment.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain professionalism.
- Proven track record of performance and reliability.
