Security Site Supervisor
Location: Irving, TX
Pay: $27 hour
Shift: Mnday-Friday 0700-1500

SCIS is seeking a dynamic Security Site Supervisor to oversee operations across a site in an assigned area. This position is ideal for a solid leader with security operations experience, keen problem-solving skills, and the ability to foster lasting relationships with both employees and clients.
What You’ll Do:
- Supervise contract employees across assigned sites to ensure operational quality
- Proactively address concerns with clients and employees
- Oversee hiring, training, development, and retention in coordination with HR and leadership
- Investigate incidents and ensure compliance with all security policies and procedures
- Manage payroll, accounting, and administrative processes
- Maintain site access and badging requirements per industry regulations
- Ensure a professional, high-performance work environment
What You Bring:
- US citizenship
- 1 year Prior militarty, law enforcement experiance
- 3 years previous Security Supervisory Experience
- Texas Level 2 guard card
- Must have and be able to maintain DoD Secret Security Clearance REQUIRED TO ALREADY HAVE ACTIVE TO BE CONCIDERED
- Strong ability to lead teams, resolve issues, and maintain professional relationships
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and other computer applications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
