Balboa Water Sports’ Employees must be:
- Dependable, friendly, outgoing, and helpful.
- Eager to learn and get your hands dirty.
- Able to lift and carry heavy items and push Jet Skis off or ports.
- Dock employees must be 18 or older.
General tasks will include:
- Helping customers from start to finish when renting Sea Doos and Paddle Boards. - Give instructions, answer questions, complete check out and check in procedures.
- Assist with general maintenance, prep work, and closing/cleanup procedures of Sea Doos.
If you have experience great; if you have very little or no experience, but love the water and/or know your way around a dock or the Harbor we will train you on what you do not know.
This is a great summer job if you are looking for part time while you are in school and full time during the summer. Dock employees often receive cash tips for great service and a tip line is included on credit card receipts that is split between all working on the dock.
