Looking for an energetic and reliable candidate that enjoys working with young people and teaching sports skills. This is a W-2 Position.
Breakthrough Sports brings their award-winning youth sports camps, leagues, clinics and training to families throughout Los Angeles (LA), Orange County, The Valley and Inland Empire. We offer sports programs for kids 3-14 years of age including Aquatic, basketball, volleyball, baseball, swimming and flag football!
Responsibilities:
This is for an AQUACISE coaching position for working with older adults!
- Conduct Aquatics practices and training sessions
- Teach fundamental skills, techniques, and strategies of aquatics
- Provide guidance and support to athletes during session
- Evaluate athlete performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement
- Create a positive and inclusive team environment
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all athletes
Qualifications:
- Previous coaching experience in aquatics
- Strong knowledge of the rules, strategies, and techniques of aquatics
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire athletes to reach their full potential
- Knowledge of Aquacise
- CPR, First Aid, or lifeguard certification is a plus

Job Types: Part-time
Pay: $18 (High school starting) - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 2-10per week
