Spa Sales Associate / Front Desk (Membership Sales)

Typical weekly earnings: $710 – $900+ with commissions and bonuses

This is a sales-focused front desk role where you will help guests discover wellness services and enroll clients into our membership program.
Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Weston is looking for a friendly, energetic Spa Sales Associate who enjoys working with people, selling memberships, and helping keep the spa fully booked.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a goal-driven environment and enjoys creating a great guest experience.
Compensation
- $14 – $16 per hour base pay
- Weekly earning potential: $710 – $900+ including commissions

What You’ll Do
Membership Sales (Primary Focus)
- Present and sell spa memberships during checkout
- Explain membership benefits and value confidently
- Help guests understand the benefits of regular massage and facial services
- Follow up with potential members
Fill the Schedule (No White Space)
- Call, text, and follow up with guests to book appointments
- Confirm upcoming appointments
- Reschedule cancellations quickly
- Encourage prebooking for future visits
Front Desk Guest Experience
- Greet guests and create a welcoming spa environment
- Answer phone calls and assist with reservations
- Recommend spa services and enhancements
- Support massage therapists and estheticians during busy shifts
- Maintain an organized and professional front desk

Requirements
- 1+ year experience in sales or customer service
- Comfortable recommending services and asking for the sale
- Strong communication and people skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Comfortable using booking or POS systems
Experience in spa, fitness studios, hospitality, retail, or wellness environments is strongly preferred.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
