Overview
We are seeking an energetic, organized, and business-savvy Store Operations Manager to oversee daily floor activities, drive sales performance, and lead our tight-knit team. This role is a perfect match for a retail leader who possesses a sharp eye for visual merchandising and a deep appreciation for the western lifestyle.
Duties
- Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and schedule floor staff while fostering a supportive and high-energy working environment.
- Inventory & Operations: Manage heavy inventory flows, ensure seamless store operations, and maintain accurate Point of Sale (POS) tracking.
- Visual Merchandising: Bring our premium products to life by designing captivating in-store western clothing and boot displays.
- Customer Experience: Quickly learn our extensive product lines to comfortably recommend styles, fits, and colors to our dedicated clientele.
- Digital Marketing (Plus): Help grow our community footprint by creating organic, engaging ads and content for our Facebook and TikTok channels.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
