Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate powered industrial lift trucks, order pickers, and other material handling equipment to move, stack, and transport products.
- Use handheld RF scanners to accurately track inventory and complete warehouse transactions.
- Load and unload trailers while following all company safety procedures.
- Receive inbound shipments and verify product accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following the 7S program.
- Support operational efficiency by adhering to established warehouse processes and quality standards.
- Follow all GXO Supply Chain Quality Policies and company safety guidelines.
- Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned by management.
What You'll Bring
- At least 1 year of warehouse experience required.
- Powered Industrial Truck
- Experience operating powered industrial lift trucks with the ability to do so safely and efficiently.
- Forklift certification preferred or required based on assignment.
- Experience using handheld RF scanners is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Flexibility to work overtime and varying shifts as needed.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety, quality, and productivity.
- Ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift 75 pounds or more.
- Ability to bend, stoop, squat, twist, push, pull, stand, walk, or sit for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures, including hot and cold conditions.

Pay: $19.50 - $22.00 per hour
