Job Overview
Seeking an expert Barista to join our espresso start up project! In this role, you will craft delicious coffee beverages, deliver exceptional customer service, and create a welcoming atmosphere for every guest. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure that each first time visitor becomes a regular.
Shop comes with a brand espresso machine and other equipment.
Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair
- Engage with customers warmly, taking orders accurately and providing friendly, efficient service
- Operate Square POS systems in our cash free environment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food preparation stations and serving counters
- Follow food safety standards and proper food handling procedures to ensure quality and compliance
- Hours- 5.45 to 10.45AM
Skills
- 3 years experience as a Barista or in a café environment with strong coffee preparation skills
- Ability to work alone without guidance
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse guests
Minimum pay is 20 per hour plus tips. We are open to profit share plan for the right individual. Must have references and a current food handler's certificate.
Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
