WellthCare is a program that bolts onto a group's (10+ employee's) existing benefits at no net cost to the employer, with no carrier change and no displacement of their current plan. You make the introduction to clients you already serve.
What you would be doing:
- Offering WellthCare to the small business and group clients already in your book
- Earning recurring commission on every group that comes on
- Keeping everything else you do exactly as it is today
Who this fits:
- Licensed health or benefits producers with small group or business clients
- Brokers and consultants who already advise employers on benefits
- Anyone with a real book who wants to add a revenue line without starting over
What we handle:
The enrollment, the compliance, and the support so you are not buried in admin
Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
