Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, or at a daycare center.
Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the BCBA
Accurately collect and record data on client behavior and progress.
Collaborate with BCBA regarding client care
Ensure a safe and engaging learning environment for the client.
Maintain professional, respectful, and compassionate interactions with clients and their families.
Qualifications:
Must be RBT certified or willing to become certified ( We provide resources for RBT certification if not currently certified)
Must be at least 18 years old
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors degree in a related field preferred.
ability to loft at least 50 pounds ( Due to physical nature of this role and potential to assist clients with mobility).
Ability to kneel, sit, stand, an move around frequently during sessions.
Valid drivers license, or reliable transportation.
Clean background check required for working with children and families
Legal Requirements
Adherence to HIPAA guidelines for confidentiality and data protection
Compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding child welfare and mandatory reporting.
Physical ability to assist with safety protocols, including lifting or moving clients when needed.
