This role is designed as a launchpad. High performers have a clear pathway to opportunities within our sales, operations, or internal automation and R&D team, depending on where your strengths take you.
Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct On-Site 3D Scanning in Industrial Environments
- Travel with the sales and solutioning team to qualified customer sites, including everything in the industrial world from power plants to manufacturing facilities, to perform activation scans for demo environments.
- Operate Matterport and Gaussian splatting technology (full training provided) to capture accurate, high-quality digital environments.
- Work confidently in physically demanding and unconventional field conditions.
2. Support Office Operations
- Contribute to day-to-day office management and operational support when not in the field
- Bring the same energy and engagement to internal tasks that you bring to customer sites
3. Learn the Business from the Ground Up
- Actively seek to understand how sales, operations, and technical teams work together to deliver value
- Engage across functions with curiosity and initiative, building the cross-functional fluency needed to grow into the business
4. Contribute to Internal Workflow and Technical Projects
- Assist with building internal technical workflows as opportunities arise
- Bring ideas, observations, and solutions as you deepen your understanding of how Aetos operates
What You Bring
Full Availability and Willingness to Travel
- This is a full-time role with extensive travel to industrial field sites. Candidates should be fully available and enthusiastic about frequent travel.
- Not currently enrolled in a university program (this role requires full-time commitment that an active course load doesn't allow).
Technical Aptitude, In Whatever Form It Takes
- You're naturally comfortable with technology, whether that's software, hardware, or physical/mechanical work
- You don't need experience with Matterport or Gaussian splatting. You do need to be the kind of person who picks up new tools quickly and enjoys doing so.
- Experience in any creative or building domain is a strong signal that you’re the right fit for this position.

Educational Background
- A college degree or equivalent technical education/background is a positive signal, though no specific major is required
