What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a retail location.

Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observed activity and communicating with site contacts as needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout sales floors, common areas, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and report concerns.

Monitor access points, receive and relay information, and assist with foot traffic, deliveries, and/or guest inquiries in accordance with location expectations.

Support loss prevention awareness by observing customer and employee activity, reporting suspicious behavior, and following post orders for retail-related incidents.
Minimum Requirements:

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Access control and badge experience is preferred.

X-ray screening experience is preferred.

Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
