JOB This position is working in our Residential Treatment Programs within the Kent County Juvenile Detention Center. The successful candidate will provide a variety of therapeutic and casework services to juveniles and their families. These services include interviewing, conducting psychosocial assessments of youth, developing treatment and/or intervention plans, facilitating programs, community service, monitoring participation and progress to ensure compliance with court orders and providing individual, group and family counseling services. Other duties include, but are not limited to, formulating Initial Service Plans, preparing hearing reports, conducting home visits, making recommendations to Judges, testifying in court and working with community agencies and schools to assist clients with reentry back into the community.
