The Opportunity
We’re looking for a mechanically inclined Technician to join our growing team. No prior molding experience required — we provide full on-the-job training. If you enjoy working with your hands, take pride in quality work, and want stable, full-time employment with room to grow, this is the role for you.
Monday-Friday 7:30AM to 4PM
Key Responsibilities
- Open, prepare, and reassemble molds using hand tools and equipment
- Operate meter mix equipment to fill molds with silicone and urethane materials
- Sand, trim, and finish molded parts to exact specifications and quality standards
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of molds, tools, and work area
What We’re Looking For (Must-Haves)
- Strong mechanical aptitude — comfortable using hand tools (cordless impact gun, drill, tape measure, etc.)
- 2+ year of manufacturing, production, or assembly experience
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow precise instructions
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25–50 lbs. as needed
Preferred (Nice-to-Haves)
- Previous experience with molding, composites, or similar processes (training provided regardless)
Employment Requirements
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
