As the Lead Teacher, you'll be at the heart of our camp's success. Your role will involve:

Supervising a group of 16+ children to ensure a safe, engaging, and fun learning environment.
- Delivering the curriculum with energy and enthusiasm, making STEM concepts come to life.
- Setting up activities and materials to ensure smooth transitions and a well-organized camp day.
- Communicating with parents to provide updates and address any questions or concerns.
- Delegating tasks to junior counselors, fostering teamwork and collaboration among staff.
- Maintaining order and structure, ensuring the camp runs efficiently while keeping the energy positive and productive.
