Audubon Industrial Park, Amherst, NY | $18.00 – $20.00 / hour | Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8-hour day shift, hybrid; minimum 2 days in office
ABOUT VERDI COMMERCE
Verdi Commerce is a fast-growing e-commerce company selling across major online marketplaces including Amazon, eBay, and Walmart. We're looking for a customer-focused, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to be the voice of our brand — helping customers quickly, professionally, and with care.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries across Amazon Seller Central, eBay, and Walmart Marketplace seller portals within established response time targets
- Handle customer complaints, returns, refunds, and order issues promptly and professionally via phone, email, and web chat
- Serve as the liaison between the warehouse and product management teams — communicating product discrepancies, update requests, and description corrections
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all customer interactions
- Identify recurring customer issues and escalate patterns to management with recommendations for improvement
- Support overall customer satisfaction goals and contribute to positive marketplace ratings and reviews
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 1–2 years of customer service experience required; e-commerce or marketplace experience strongly preferred
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, eBay, or Walmart Marketplace a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills — you'll be communicating in writing constantly
- Strong problem-solving ability and a calm, empathetic approach to frustrated customers
- Highly organized with the ability to manage a high volume of inquiries without dropping the ball
- Comfortable learning new software platforms and web portals
- English proficiency required, bi-lingual a plus
