Job Summary

Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the lawn maintenance crew, including mowing, trimming, planting, pruning, and general garden care
- Plan and assign tasks to team members based on project requirements and skill levels
- Ensure all landscape maintenance work adheres to safety protocols and company standards
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of landscaping equipment and tools
- Provide guidance on horticultural practices, including lawn care, tree care, gardening.
- Support construction-related tasks such as site preparation, soil improvement, or landscape installation when necessary
Experience
- Proven supervising experience in landscape maintenance or related outdoor services
- Strong background in landscaping, lawn care, horticulture, gardening, or tree care
- Familiarity with construction practices relevant to outdoor projects
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Experience with equipment maintenance and safe operation of landscaping machinery
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with clients, team members.
