Our goal is to Provide quality person centered supports for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental disabilities living at Skyward locations. The current open shifts are Saturday & Sunday 7:00am-11:00pm.

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support and care to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer first aid and medication as needed
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Provide transportation for individuals to appointments, activities, and community outings
- Engage individuals in recreational and social activities
- Document and report any changes in behavior or health status to supervisor
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for individuals
- Assist individuals with community integration
-Implement and document Individual Support Plans
-Promote independence and community integration
-Ensure the safety and well-being of residents
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
